Best Vitamin Supplements For Men

Vitamins, supplements, etc for a 24 year old male?
Hello,
I am a 24 year old male, 6’1, 190 lbs. I’ve been going to the gym 3-5 days a week for about 5 months to try to get in shape.
I’m not too overweight for my height, but I’m carrying more weight than I’d like in my mid-section (gut, chest)
Anyway, I take a Men’s one-a-day every day but I’d like to add more vitamins or supplements to my diet. I want to be careful about GAINING any more weight (some pills add water weight) but a good dose of protein or something would be nice.
Problem is, there are so many choices out there! I’d love to get some suggestions from people who know what they’re talking about! What are the best vitamins for someone in my situation to take? Drinks/shakes? Power bars? Help!!
Always a hard question so I can not really tell you what to take it all depends on your goals.

Alright that is the list of basically everything that I take, you can read up on each one by clicking on the link. I would highly recommend the ZMA, BCAA’s, and the Multi. They are very important the Flex is a must as well but not a CRITICAL Must.
It’s very important that you do weight training to maximize your weight lose as well as cardio on off days to stay lean. Remember this it’s not about the number on the scale its about the % of body fat you are. So don’t get discouraged if you are 220lbs but have lost 5-10% in body fat.
