how to make perfume essential oils without using alcohol?
I was reading a book (the hollow by jessica verday, read it, its super good) and the character Abbey chief, makes his own Purfume, the use of essential oils. as you just use your base oils, and wondered how to make, since it seems the fun and I need some Purfume again. Buti not want to use any alcohol, since it either, and I will never be able to get my hands on everything, even if it did, bcause i am 15. Web sites are fine, but step by step would be appricate. ~ Sabrina.
