Essential Oils Whole Foods

i have seen alot of websites saying how essential oils mixed with carrier oils are good for hair growth….?
i know specfic oils like rosemary, lavender, basil etc are good for hair growth. Has anyone used them? Do you see a difference? I also heard about and use coconut oil for hair. Has anyone used these? Also, does anyone use Whole Foods shampoos / conditioner? THX!
In the past I’ve used rosemary, ylang ylang and jojoba oil in my hair to promote hair growth. I can’t say I’ve noticed a growth difference, but I also am not currently losing hair (I use it more in hopes of prevention) so I can’t really tell if it is or isn’t creating new hair growth.
Though, when I use my scalp oil (rosemary e.o. and jojoba oil) I do notice a difference in health. When I use it regularly, my hair is shinier and looks nicer, and my scalp produces less oil so I can wash it less often.
Coconut oil has a lot of fans, but out of all plant oils, jojoba really is the best for hair and for skin.
