I’m a 25 year old female with Osteoarthritis , what’s an appropriate nutritional supplement?
I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis at 18, but over the past year it’s gotten so bad, at times I can’t walk. Should I take the Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM supplement? Or something else?
I just started taking calcium supplements, because I know I don’t have enough in my diet.
I don’t want to be in a walker by the time I’m 30! Any advice?
Osteoarthritis at 18 seems unusual. Anyway, you should have prescribed medicines by the doctor who diagnosed that. You may take Vit D3 and Calcium along with whatever other treatment you are taking. These should be available OTC.
Good luck!
