Would this be healthy to make for a snack or breakfast?? Im 13 and hungy right now!!?

And i want something OTHER than carby stuff!! I was thinking about making 2 scrambled eggs and putting 1 sausage link sliced, a few slices of carrot, 3 grape tomatoes sliced, serving of sharp cheddar shredded cheese, and sprinkles of garlic POWDER NOT!!!! SALT, basil leaves, thyme, paprika, and just a bit of 1% milk to make them a little fluffy! This would come out to be 380 calories. Is this a healthy lunch? No bread or tortilla. Im getting vitamins/minerals, protein, and healthy fats(just a little bit of saturated but not much)! And cancer fighting, metabolism boosting, natural spices!

Breakfast is very important, especially if you plan on exercising afterwards. I think for being 13 you’ve probably got a fast enough metabolism to deal with anything fatty or so forth that you may put in your body. One thing that I would recommend that is highly over-rated is water. Drink lots of water every day and along with meals. It works as a cleanser, one mistake people make while eating bad food is drinking soda with it. Back to the topic though, This seems like a fine meal to me, use a minimum of butter in the pan and maybe throw in an extra egg it’s not going to hurt you! Haha
