How often to wash hair RELAXED BLACK?

I know girls who only wash their hair when they relax it (every 2-3 months) say it helps with the essential oils produced as the need for relaxed hair .. I've always gone to the hairdresser every 3-4 weeks for washing and treatment … How how often you wash it …? to the shoulders, good condition, no bleach relaxed hair … I use the Keracare shampoo … any deep conditioners do you recommend?
