Lemon essential oil in the kitchen – Great recipe ideas!
Of homemade lemonade in a blender, mix the juice of 2 lemons squeezed, 2 drops of essential oil lemon, 2 tablespoons honey or agave and two cups of pure water. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to suit your own taste.
Add a few drops of oil essential lemon soda for a great lemon flavor essence can add essential oil of lemon juice to any type.
You can mix oil essential lemon yogurt and ice cream, or lemon meringue pie … any desert that the lemon taste in.
Spinach fettuccini Alfredo to take a fresh spinach, add garlic, a little cream cheese, parmesan cheese and spices, cooking, and then right before serving, add a little olive oil over the pasta, put a drop of lemon essential oil on a wooden spoon and stir in spinach and alfredo sauce, then toss all ingredients with delicious pasta!
Add a few drops of dressing or olive oil infused with lemon essential oil and use it for dipping.
Create your own pesto with walnuts 1 / 2 cup pine raw, 1 / 2 cup raw pumpkin seeds, a small bunch of fresh basil leaves organic clove of crushed garlic in a mortar with a little salt sea salt or Himalayan pink a little pasta (which takes the bite bite of the garlic).
Mix all ingredients in a food processor with some olive Udo or oil and add a few drops of lemon essential oil for a really delicious and healthy pesto.

To clean and increase the shelf life of fresh fruit, fill a bowl with cold water and 2-3 drops of essential oil lemon. Leave a clean fruit in the water and stir. Ensure that all surfaces of the fruit contact the lemon water
