SnoreStop Spray during pregnancy? Experience? Anyone, please? Husband never sleep again!?
I asked one recently and only got this troll response … please help: I am 38 weeks pregnant, and during the past two months, my snoring has become increasingly worse. My poor husband who actually keeps away and keeps having to move to the sofa in the middle of the night … it is horrible …. I have tried the nose strips and throat rinse oils lubricants essential and does not work. Now I just found this "SnoreStop" Naso Spray is made with herbs homeopathic (Histaminium, Hydrastis, Kali bic, Nux vom, sea Teucrium, Belladonna), but it says on the package to "consult a doctor" if you are pregnant before using. It's too late to call the doctor, and I wanted use it tonight. Do any of you asked your doctor, use this product, or whether it is safe to use during pregnancy? And, how does it work?
I definitely see the dr. on the use of it. Although homeopathic I heard some of these herbs can be dangerous, such as belladonna. You should also try of saline every night before going to sleep-can squirt or do a whole nasal drainage. You can buy them at drug stores. They are not very comfortable putting saline in the nose, but it really works well. You could try the breath right strips, too.
