the use of lavender essential oil?
How do I use lavender essential oil to help me sleep? I have a bit of oil in the body shop, but the instructions tell me not to breathe, so how I can put a few drops in my pilliow? What I have to mix oil with water or somehting?
Do not inhale that whatever you do! Just drink it.
