Hay fever: chamomile and eucalyptus.
Sore Muscles: frankincense, ginger, marjoram and rosemary.
Hair: Cedar, cypress (greasy hair), rosemary (hair dry) tea tree (dandruff).
Headaches: eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint and rosemary.
Stomach Pain and Period: Anise, Clary Sage, Juniper Berry, Lavender, marjoram.
Nasal congestion: bergamot, eucalyptus, ginger, rosemary.
Stomach Disorder: ginger, mandarin, peppermint.
Sore throat: incense, jasmine, sandalwood, tea tree.
Oily skin: Cypress, Lemon, Tangerine, Tea Tree.
Dry Skin: bergamot, chamomile, jasmine, rose, sandalwood, ylang ylang.
Eczema: chamomile, geranium, lavender.
Cellulite: Juniper berries, geranium, rosemary.
An easy way to benefit from essential oils is to add a few drops to your moisturizer and body lotion and then just rub this in the affected area.
You can also benefit when combined with aromatherapy massage. Rubbing essential oils on the skin that allows that the active ingredients go to affected areas of your body. Massage combined with oils that help relieve pain and stiffness and improve circulation.
The amount aromatherapy fragrances on the market can make you feel like a daunting task to find ones that are right for you. It is however, difficult to achieve choosing the correct drop.
