Natural decongestant Ideas?

I wanted to see if someone can give me ideas on using natural for a decongestant. We have been putting essential oil Eucalyptus in the humidifier (we can not really smell much even with the maximum of drops added.) Can the essential oil is placed on the skin, thought rub a little under our noses a little. Has anyone tried oil diffusers? No, an onion smell good! Thanks for the help.

You have to be just above the humidifier and breathe in eucalyptus – it's not enough just to have to go in the room. If you want to put the essential oil on the skin, should use no more 1 or 2 drops per tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil.
