How secure is Rosebud Salve for a new tattoo?
I just got my second tattoo yesterday [behind my ear] and I wondered if with Rosebud Salve was fine for use on a new tattoo? The exact "uses" of what I found online were chapped skin, diaper rash, stains, burns, detergent and cuticles and hands. "The essential ingredients:" Oil Cotton Aromol, mixed with essential oils in a base of petroleum special. I'm going to run out and get some A & D this weekend, but for now okay? Thanks guys (: Also, I use H2Ocean to clean it, and then apply the Rosebud?
no! antibacterial soap. unscented. then use Aquaphor or an unscented lotion on your tattoo. h2oocean not for tattoos throughout. Never heard of Rosebud, but it has petroleum jelly, which is the right of Vaseline? that's a no no for tattoos, so I would say without. NO risk wana ruin your ink. just get some lotion without perfume. you can get small bottles at times.
