"I can use dried flowers to make my own oil diffuser?
I have been looking to do my own oil for use in a bottle and a cane diffuser, I wonder if instead of adding essential oils mixed with base oil diffuser, I can simply add fragrant dried flowers (ie lavender) to soak in oil. I have often heard of the perfumes are made with oil-soaked flowers without scent for a few weeks, but I'm wondering if the same concept can be applied to oils for broadcasters.
I can not say for sure, but I do not see why not work. Oil does not have any odor before wet out, so if you want to do sure to absorb the smell of lavender oil for at least a couple of weeks first, perhaps with the addition of more time to increase the smell. It should look very nice in a glass jar diffuser.
