Although forgotten and put back in the past, essential oils and grandmother's recipes seem to get more and more attention in recent decades with the use aromatherapy.
If you're wondering how to relax and spend a nice evening after a stressful day, maybe I should try some of the fragrances essential oils.
Rose fragrance for relaxation
The rose fragrance offers a soothing property to the nerves and emotional / psychological state of mind.
The rose oil is known for its antidepressant and antiseptic properties. You can help relieve insomnia and nervousness.

Therapeutic bathroom
For use of rose oil in water bath all you need is a few drops of rose oil. First take a cup of water. Add 8 drops of essential oil. Pour in the bath and enjoy!
Massage
You can produce massage oil, simply adding 25 drops of rose essential oil to 2 ounces of almond or grape seed oil. This massage oil is effective for therapeutic purposes. With the help of massage that can has pink help bring the female hormones back into balance.
Air freshener
If you want to add some nice flavor to your room and experience the therapeutic properties of rose through the air infused with rose oil you can easily make a rose freshener. For the air freshener air, simply add 25 drops of rose oil to 16 ounces of water. Pour into a spray bottle to mist in the air.
