Two essential oils for pain

Both oils are derived from resins that exude from plants when they are damaged, and now are the main ingredients of some aromatherapy based creams.

A brief review of the respective oils like you can show the basis for the use of joints in this way ..

Frankincense essential oil tones the skin, relieves pain and stiffness, while the aroma relieves stress and tension.

Myrrh essential oil fights inflammation, helps healing and kills the infection.

Along with frankincense and myrrh or Boswellia Commiphora and give the best of both worlds – to fight infections, relieve pain and inflammation and promote healing. And at the same time help calm their aromas and calm your restless mind. (Remember the two-pronged attack of aromatherapy oils I mentioned before.)

And, there few or no adverse side effects or problems with them rubbing on your skin. Neither is toxic when diluted in a cream.

So there you have it. A useful healing cream with little chance of side effects that may help treat aches and pains of all kinds, including arthritis and rheumatism. And all because of the combination two essential oils in the range of aromatherapy oils that have been around for thousands of years.

They also are not alone. Other essential oils are used to treat pain by adding them to warm baths, hot packs or massage them in the affected areas. Part of its action is relaxation, calm and smooth tensions associated with their use. But these two oils of aromatherapy have direct actions on the damaged and painful.

Just goes to show that aromatherapy really has a place in modern treatments.

So, welcome back to frankincense and myrrh. You have probably never been away.
