Does anyone have any new idea to treat insomnia?
I've tried tea, herbs, milk (hot and cold), relaxing music, machines sound sources, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, reading, writing, watching TV, exercise, hot baths, essential oils, incense, candles, melatonin, on the fight against sleep aids, and of course sex. I've been alternating between Tylenol PM, Tylenol cold and sinus, and more NyQuil a year now, and really want to be able to sleep without them.
I also occasional insomnia, and would not take the prescribed route. Now I take valerian (an additional herbarium) andit comes works really well. There is anther supp. KavaKava call, which is also effective. Both are available in health shops. Good luck and sweet dreams!
